When Attacking For each other Digimon with [Sukamon] in its name in play, this Digimon gains Security Attack +1 for the turn.
Inherited Effect
All Turns When this Digimon would be deleted, by deleting 1 other Digimon with [Sukamon] in its name, prevent that deletion.

It remains changed to a white card with an original name of [Sukamon] and 3000 DP, but any card information that it didn't originally have can't be changed. If it becomes a Tamer or Digi-Egg card, or if it becomes a card that didn't originally have DP, then it will remain without DP.

No, it can't interrupt it. Until the processing for the 1st interruption has resolved, only 1 activation is possible for each "when [...] would" effect. In your case, until the deletion of the 1st only [Sukamon] A is resolved, only 1 interruption is possible for each "when [...] would" effect, so because [Sukamon] A's effect has already interrupted, it can't interrupt again.
