Privacy Policy
Last updated: 10 June 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information DigiFoundry ("we", "us") collects when you use digifoundry.world, why we collect it, and the choices you have. By using DigiFoundry you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
We aim to collect only what we need to run the service:
- Account information — your username, email address and a securely hashed password. If you sign in with a third-party provider (such as Google), we receive your name and email from that provider.
- Collection and deck data — the cards you add, quantities you own, how copies are assigned to binders, decks, boxes, trade piles and wishlists, and any decks, comments or ratings you create.
- Usage data — basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and pages visited, used to keep the service secure and reliable.
How we use your information
- To create and maintain your account and your card collection.
- To provide core features — deck building, collection checking, wishlists and trade lists.
- To display public content you choose to share, such as public decks and trade lists.
- To secure the service, prevent abuse, and diagnose problems.
- To send essential account emails (for example, email confirmation and password resets).
Public content
Some content is public by design. If you publish a deck, trade list or wishlist, the contents and your display name may be visible to anyone and indexed by search engines. Do not include private information in content you choose to make public.
Cookies and local storage
We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.
Third-party services
- Card data and images are sourced from Heroi.cc to display Digimon cards.
- Sign-in providers (such as Google) are used only if you choose to sign in with them.
- Hosting and email providers process data on our behalf to deliver the service.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time, after which we remove or anonymise your personal data, except where we must retain it to meet legal obligations.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and hashed passwords. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's privacy
DigiFoundry is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
