"I activated this card's [On Play][When Digivolving] effect and all of my Digimon gained <Blocker> and can't be returned to hands or decks. If [Sparrowmon] is then trashed from this card's digivolution cards, what happens to the effects that my Digimon gained?"
The effect has already activated, so even without [Sparrowmon] in the digivolution cards, the effect will continue until the end of your opponent's turn.
