Effect

Can this card's [Opponent's Turn] effect move a level 2 Digimon or cards like [EX2-007 Mother D-Reaper] or [BT13-007 King Drasil_7D6] from the breeding area to the battle area?
It can't move level 2 Digimon or cards like [BT13-007 King Drasil_7D6] because cards without DP can't be moved to the battle area. It can move [EX2-007 Mother D-Reaper] because it has DP.

When the cards revealed from my deck with this card's [On Play] effect contain both a level 3 Digimon card and a non-white Tamer card, am I allowed to add just one card to my hand?
No, you can't. You must add as many cards to your hand as possible.
