Yes, you can. If this card's [All Turns] effect is used to gain a [When Digivolving] effect, this card's [When Digivolving] effect and the [When Digivolving] effect gained from the [All Turns] effect will trigger simultaneously upon the digivolution timing, therefore you may choose the activation order.
