When one of my Digimon DNA digivolves into a blue or green Digimon, does the "trash any 3 digivolution cards under your opponent's Digimon" effect activate even if I don't suspend this Tamer?
No, it doesn't activate. The rest of the effect won't activate if you don't perform the specified action in effects with "by X" conditions.
