When one of my Digimon DNA digivolves into a black or yellow Digimon, does the "<De-Digivolve 1> 1 of your opponent's Digimon" effect activate even if I don't suspend this Tamer?
No, it doesn't activate. The rest of the effect won't activate if you don't perform the specified action in effects with "by X" conditions.

No, it doesn't activate. The rest of the effect won't activate if you don't perform the specified action in effects with "by X" conditions.

Yes, it's returned. In such cases, only the top card is returned to the hand and all digivolution cards are trashed.
