No. You can't ignore the digivolution requirements, so you can't DNA digivolve into a Digimon card that doesn't have [DNA Digivolution].

At the end of your turn, this effect allows you to DNA digivolve a Digimon with this card in its digivolution cards, along with one of your other Digimon, into a Digimon in your hand that has [DNA Digivolution]. Note that this happens before it becomes your opponent's turn.
