Can I use this card's [Main] effect to digivolve 1 of my [Renamon] into EX4-030 [Kuzuhamon]?
No, you can't. EX4-030 [Kuzuhamon] is treated as if it has [Sakuyamon] in its name. This effect doesn't treat it as if it has the name [Sakuyamon], therefore digivolution isn't possible.
