This card has 2 [When Digivolving] effects. If <Blitz> resolves first, does the other [When Digivolving] effect resolve after the attack ends?

I use this Digimon's [When Digivolving] effect to place a level 3 Digimon card at the top of its digivolution cards. This Digimon is then targeted with a <De-Digivolve 2> effect. What happens?
The <De-Digivolve> effect trashes this card, and the Digimon becomes a level 3 Digimon. <De-Digivolve> can't be used to trash any more cards once the Digimon it's targeting becomes level 3, and the effect ends. Any digivolution cards placed below it remain, and their inherited effects can still be activated.
