I make a normal, non-<Blitz> attack with this Digimon. Can I use this card's inherited effect to draw a card with <Draw 1>?
Yes. As long as a Digimon with <Blitz> is in this card's digivolution cards, <Draw 1> will activate even if you make a normal, non-<Blitz> attack.
