It has long been an effective card in decks that utilize trashing, but its ability to exchange a very large number of cards at Lv. 4 has greatly reduced the usage rate of other cards with hand exchange effects. In addition, the effect is so powerful that deck designs that utilize the Trash must be based on this card. For the above reasons, we have decided to restrict this card to 1 per deck.
