If I have 3 or fewer security cards and this Digimon would digivolve, but the digivolution cost can no longer be paid due to the inherited effect of my opponent's [EX3-016 SnowAgumon], [EX3-019 Paledramon] or other cards and the digivolution fails, can this card's <Recovery +1 (Deck)> activate?
