Yes, it activates.

Can I use this card's [Main] effect to attack my opponent with 1 of my Digimon with [Greymon] in its name that is suspended or was played in the same turn?
No, you can't. This card's effect doesn't let you attack with a Digimon that's in a state where it can't attack.

Can I use this card's [Main] effect to have one of my opponent's Digimon attack when one of my Digimon with [Greymon] in its name has a "this Digimon can also attack your opponent's unsuspended Digimon" effect?
No, you can't. This card's effect only allows you to attack a player.

If a digivolution card has the [X Antibody] trait, does it meet this card's "if you have a Digimon with [X Antibody] in its digivolution cards in play" condition?
No. [X Antibody] in this effect's text refers to the card name, therefore only a card with [X Antibody] as its card name will meet the condition. It doesn't refer to the [X Antibody] trait.
