When this card is revealed from my deck with an effect like the one on [ST4-03 Tentomon], can I add it to my hand as if it was a green Digimon?
No. This card's effects aren't activated when you reveal it from your deck with an effect. As such, the card isn't considered to be a green Digimon card, and can't be added to your hand.
