Is the "if this effect didn't delete" condition met if I activate this card's [When Digivolving] [On Deletion] effect and delete their Digimon other than the Digimon with an effect that prevents deletion?
No, it isn't met. The "if this effect didn't delete" condition is only met when no Digimon are deleted by this effect. If even 1 Digimon is deleted, this condition isn't met.
