I activated this card's [All Turns] effect to delete a Token when this card's DP became 0 and it would be deleted, then it was prevented from leaving. If this card's DP is still 0 after that and it would be deleted, can I activate this card's [All Turns] effect again?
Yes, you can. By activating this card's [All Turns] effect to delete a Token when this card's DP becomes 0 and it would be deleted by a rule check, it will be prevented from leaving. You can activate this card's [All Turns] effect again when it would be deleted by the next rule check. If the deleted Tokens have [On Deletion] effects, once all processing has been resolved for the rule checks, those [On Deletion] effects will trigger simultaneously.
