If I use this card's inherited effect to DNA digivolve using two Digimon including one that would leave the battle area, does the DNA digivolved Digimon leave the battle area?
No, it doesn't leave the battle area. DNA digivolution digivolves it into a new Digimon that is different from the one that would leave the battle area.

In this card's inherited effect, which Digimon does "other Digimon" refer to?
It refers to any Digimon that is not the [ME] trait Digimon leaving the battle area. This card's inherited effect triggers when any of your [ME] trait Digimon would leave the battle area. When activated, one [ME] trait Digimon that would leave the battle area and one of your other Digimon DNA Digivolve.

No. You can't ignore the digivolution requirements, so you can't DNA digivolve using a Digimon that isn't specified in [DNA Digivolution].
