No. If your opponent has a 12000 DP or higher Digimon, then you must select that card and delete it.

Does this card's [All Turns] effect get its maximum increased by an "add X000 to the maximum your DP-based deletion effects can delete" effect?
Yes. If the DP-based deletion effect's maximum is increased by 2000, deleting one of your opponent's 11000 DP or lower Digimon will be prevent it from leaving.
