What happens if a card is changed to a white card with an original name of [Sukamon] and 3000 DP, then its top card is trashed by or some other effect and the top card becomes a Tamer or Digi-Egg card?
It remains changed to a white card with an original name of [Sukamon] and 3000 DP, but any card information that it didn't originally have can't be changed. If it becomes a Tamer or Digi-Egg card, or if it becomes a card that didn't originally have DP, then it will remain without DP.

If a card such as [EX1-005 Tyrannomon] has an effect that gives it card information, what happens when this card's effect changes it to a white Digimon with an original name of [Sukamon] and 3000 DP?
The card information gained from the effect remains as-is. For example, if [EX1-005 Tyrannomon]'s original card information is changed, its original color will become white, and it will also be treated as green due to [EX1-005 Tyrannomon]'s effect, making it a 2-color white and green Digimon.
