Effect

No, you can't. The "if DigiXrosing" part of the effect can only activate when DigiXrosing.

Yes, it triggers. Because a Digimon also leaves the battle area when it's placed in digivolution cards for a DigiXros, the effect triggers and activates.

"When [...] would leave the battle area" refers to when this Digimon is placed in the trash, returned to the hand/deck, placed in the security stack, moved to the breeding area, or placed under another card.

I chose this card as a target for a DigiXros. Then, I used this card's [All Turns] effect to return a yellow Digimon card to the hand. At such times, can the card returned to the hand be placed for the DigiXros?
No, it can't. You must choose all of the cards to place when you declare the DigiXros. After choosing them, the chosen cards are placed under the card to DigiXros. This card's [All Turns] effect triggers and activates when the chosen cards would be placed, so after activation has occurred, you can't re-do your choices for the cards to place for the DigiXros.
