Can I use this card's [Your Turn] effect to reduce the digivolution cost by 2 when my Digimon with [Angoramon] in its text would digivolve into a Digimon card without [Angoramon] in its text?
No, you can't. The digivolution cost is only reduced by 2 when it would digivolve into a card with [Angoramon] in its text.

When this Digimon would digivolve into a Digimon card with the [Angoramon] in its text, I used this card's effect to suspend this Digimon and reduce the digivolution cost by 2. At such times, can I use this card's "when this Digimon becomes suspended" effect to give this Digimon <Rush>?
No, you can't. As soon as the digivolution is complete, this card becomes a digivolution card, and its effects can no longer activate.
