I have this card and EX8-065 [Ryutaro Williams] in the battle area. When this card attacks, I activate EX8-065 [Ryutaro Williams]'s [Your Turn] effect and digivolve this Digimon into a card in the hand. Can I then activate this card's <Raid> or [When Attacking] effect?
No, you can't. If an effect is lost while it's pending activation, it can no longer be activated.
