The pending processing for the effect that triggers at the end of the turn and the deletion at the end of the turn are considered to be processing that triggers simultaneously. Therefore, the turn player can choose the processing order.

Do I delete the Digimon that was played by this card's [On Deletion] effect at the end of my turn? And if the Digimon that was played by the [On Play] effect was prevented from being deleted at the end of the turn, is it still prevented from digivolving?
Yes, it's deleted upon the deletion timing. If another effect prevents the Digimon played by the [On Play] effect from being deleted by this effect, it's still prevented from digivolving.
