If I use this card's effect to give <Alliance> to a Digimon that originally had <Alliance>, can that Digimon activate <Alliance> twice for 1 attack?
Yes, it can. In such cases, the attacking Digimon gets the DP of the 2 Digimon suspended for <Alliance>, and <Security A. +1> is gained twice for 2 additional security checks.
