I used this card's [When Attacking] effect to link BT21-018 [DoGatchmon]. At such times, can I use BT21-018 [DoGatchmon]'s link effect to attack?
No, you can't. A new attack declaration can't be made during an attack.

This card attacks, and its <Raid> and [When Attacking] effect trigger simultaneously. Then, I first activate the [When Attacking] effect, link [Timemon], and I use BT21-084 [Haru Shinkai]'s [Your Turn] effect to app fuse to [Globemon]. After that, can I activate <Raid> on this card in digivolution cards?
No, you can't. <Raid> has already been lost, therefore it can't be activated. However, when <Raid> and the [When Attacking] effect trigger simultaneously, you can activate <Raid> first and then activate the [When Attacking] effect.
