An opponent's Digimon uses another effect to attack a player at the end of their turn, this card is checked, and its [Security] effect plays it. After it's played, can I then activate this card's [All Turns] effect?
No, you can't. [End of All Turns] effects are effects that trigger at the end of a turn. If the turn has already ended, it won't trigger.
