If a card has a "for each XX, [action 1] and [action 2]" effect and there are multiples of XX, in what order are [action 1] and [action 2] processed?
After performing [action 1] for each XX, then [action 2] is performed. For example, if a Digimon has 3 colors in its digivolution cards and a "for each color of this Digimon's digivolution cards, choose 1 digivolution card under your opponent's Digimon and trash it, and suspend 1 of your opponent's Digimon" effect activates, you first choose 3 digivolution cards under your opponent's Digimon and trash them, then you suspend 3 of their Digimon.
